Karavasta PV Project (140 MW Solar Plant) Preliminary ESIA

Karavasta PV Project area is located within the Fieri County, Municipalities of Fieri and Divjaka. Referring to existing data (UNDP study, 2003) in the project area the river flood risk is low, but the area is surrounded by areas with high hazard. By identifying the potential negative impacts of its implementation on the receiving environment, since the design phase the necessary measures can be taken for appropriate technological improvements, in order to adapt the project to the carrying capacity of the environment.
